Processing Time
Most in-stock items ship within 2–5 business days of your order. During peak seasons (holidays, craft fair season) processing may take a day or two longer — we’ll always let you know.
Custom and made-to-order items have their own production timeline, which is confirmed during the approval process before production begins. Typical lead time for custom orders is [X–X weeks] depending on the item and artisan.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on item size and destination. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time we do not ship internationally, but please check back — we hope to expand in the future.
Local pickup is available by appointment at our store location. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. If you don’t receive a tracking email within your processing window, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Fragile & Oversized Items
Pottery, glassware, artwork, and larger handmade items receive extra packaging attention. For oversized or freight items (large furniture pieces), we’ll contact you after purchase to arrange shipping — rates and timelines will be confirmed before anything ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package shows delivered but isn’t there, wait 24 hours (carrier scans sometimes run ahead of actual delivery), then check with neighbors and your building’s mail area. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
