The items carried at The Craft Bin are made by hand — by real people, with real skill, real time, and real materials. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of handmade goods, all sales are final.

We know that’s a direct statement, so here’s exactly what it means in practice:

We Stand Behind Every Item

If your purchase arrives with a genuine defect in materials or workmanship — something that should not have left our store — we want to make it right. Contact us within [Kristie — add timeframe, e.g. 7 days] of receiving your order and we’ll work with you on a resolution: repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

Our artisans take pride in their work, and we hold every item to a quality standard before it goes home with you. When something doesn’t meet that standard, we take responsibility.

This does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage that occurs after the item is in your care
• A change of preference or buyer’s remorse
• Variations in color, texture, or dimension that are inherent to handmade goods

Custom & Personalized Orders

We hold custom work to an especially high standard — which is why every custom order includes a review and approval step before production begins.

Before the real work starts, you’ll see a proof, design concept, or sample for your sign-off. Once you approve, production begins — and at that point the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This protects both you and the artisan from any miscommunication about the final product.

If a completed custom item does not match what was approved — due to an error on our end — we will absolutely make it right, no questions asked.

We’re a small, people-first business. If something didn’t go the way you expected, please reach out before assuming there’s nothing we can do. We’d much rather talk it through and find a solution than leave a customer unhappy.
